Tony C. Baker, president and founder of Capitol City Design, is certified with the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professionals (NCQLP). The professional credential (LC, Lighting Certified) process for lighting professionals will promote the implementation cost-effective, energy effective and high performance lighting systems and equipment to every project. Capitol City Design assures that all lighting design projects meet NCQLPs strict standards and principals during every phase of the project.
