Project: Amador Ridge Retail

Location: Amador County, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a ± 40,000 square foot retail center. Design included power distribution, convenience outlets and power to mechanical equipment; selection of fixtures, fixture schedules and branch circuiting; electrical system load calculations, and Title 24 lighting compliance calculations.

Project: Watermarke at Ellis Lake

Location: Marysville, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a 16,715 square foot retail center including La Salsa Mexican Restaurant, Jamba Juice, It’s a Grind, and Butte Community Bank. Design criteria involved coordinating with the local utility companies for secondary electrical and telephone service; design of telephone raceway, outlets, and backboard; fire alarm system design, Title 24 lighting compliance, and
electrical system load calculations.

Project: Lincoln Shopping Center

Location: Lincoln, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for an 118,161 square foot retail center. Design included site lighting and utility company services, electrical system load calculations for service to each pad and building, and coordinating with the local utility companies for secondary electrical, telephone, and gas service.

Project: Placer Heights

Location: Redding, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a 3,475 square foot retail building and site with two tenant improvements. Design included power distribution, convenience outlets and power to mechanical equipment; selection of fixtures, fixture schedules and branch circuiting; electrical system load calculations, and Title 24 lighting compliance calculations.

Project: Marketplace 99

Location: Elk Grove, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a 200,000 square foot retail center. Design criteria involved one line diagram, panel schedules, motor control centers, and main switchboard elevation. Power plan included power distribution, convenience outlets and power to mechanical equipment. Lighting plan included selection of fixtures, fixture schedules, and branch circuiting along with Title 24
lighting compliance calculations.

Project: Chico Crossroads

Location: Chico, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a 103,000 square foot retail building with six tenants. Design included site lighting and photometric design along with title 24 lighting compliance calculations, design of telephone raceway and backboard, and electrical system load calculations. Power plan included power distribution, convenience outlets, and power to mechanical equipment.

Project: Ultimate Water Sports

Location: Rocklin, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a 16,784 square foot retail shop. Design included power distribution, convenience outlets and power to mechanical equipment; selection of fixtures, fixture schedules and branch circuiting; electrical system load calculations, and Title 24 lighting compliance calculations.

Project: McQueen Crossing

Location: Reno, Nevada
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a new 127,000 square foot retail shopping center. Design included power, lighting, telephone, and fire alarm systems for all on site buildings, also included lighting and power design for site. Buildings consisted of a Raley’s, 76,000 square feet, eight buildings, and one fuel center. All tenant improvements were done with the exception of two small retail buildings and fuel center.

Project: Broadstone Marketplace

Location: Folsom, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for 36,200 square foot retail shop buildings. Design included coordinating with site engineer for secondary electrical and telephone service stubbed to within 5 feet of the building; Title 24 lighting compliance calculations; selection of fixtures, fixture schedules and branch circuiting; and fire alarm system design.

Project: R Street Market

Location: Sacramento, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a retail/residential shopping center. Design included site lighting, building lighting, power, telephone, and fire alarm systems. The buildings consisted of a 46,000 square foot Safeway, 13,600 square foot retail, and 11,100 square foot of residential living space.

Project: 18 & L Street Project

Location: Sacramento, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a residential/retail project. Design included lighting, power, telephone, and fire alarm systems. Project included a total of 135,000 square feet consisting of 47,000 square foot common area, corridors, office, dinning, and storage, 10,300 square foot of retail tenant spaces and 78,000 square foot of residential living space with a total of 170 residential units.

Project: De Andrea Shopping Center

Location: Sparks, Nevada
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a retail shopping center consisting of 10 buildings. Major stores were Raley’s and Long’s Drugs. Total square footage was 117,000. Scope of work included design for lighting, power, telephone, and fire alarm systems. Also included lighting and power of site. Buildings consisted of six retail buildings, one fast food and one fuel center.

Project: Rancho San Miguel Market

Location: Stockton, California
Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a ± 35,000 square foot supermarket tenant improvement. Design included power, lighting, telephones and computer systems for bakery, tortilla factory, meat prep area and main sales areas. Design criteria also included power distribution, convenience outlets and power to mechanical equipment; design of electrical circuiting to kitchen equipment, and
electrical system load calculations.
