Project: Northridge Country Club

Location: Sacramento, California
Client: Stafford King Wiese Significance: Electrical engineering and design for the renovation of the existing 22,500 sq ft. clubhouse plus 6,000 sq ft of new construction. Design included lighting, power, electrical circuiting to kitchen, telephone system, fire alarm system, public address system and sound system.

Project: Joe Mims Jr. Hagginwood Community Center

Location: Sacramento, California
Client: Moniz and Rusconi Architects/ City of Sacramento for construction admin. Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a community center. Design involved schematics to 35% construction drawings for a cost estimate of a 5,529 square foot new and existing community center.

Project: Patterson Aquatic Center

Location: Patterson, California
Client: LPA, Auburn Significance: Electrical engineering and design for an aquatic center. Design involved designing a power system for 5,000 square feet of building space that included Admin/Concession Buildng “A”, Locker Room/Pool Equipment Buildng “B” and Life Guard Buildng ‘C’.

Project: Northborough Park

Location: Northborough Drive, Sacramento, California
Client: Koski & Sullivan Significance: Electrical engineering and design for the site area of a community park. Design involved lighting, which includes, selection for fixtures, and branch circuiting; and power, which included power distribution to the outdoor lighting systems.

Project: Robla Community Park

Location: Taylor Street & Bell Avenue, Sacramento, California
Client: Koski & Sullivan Significance: Electrical engineering and design for the City of Sacramento’s community park. Design involved providing power to irrigation controller with phone line and booster pump.

Project: Nelson Park

Location: Shadowbrook Drive & Brookview Drive, Stockton, California
Client: Callander Associates Significance: Electrical engineering and design for the site area of a community park. Design involved designing an electrical distribution system for a new irrigation pump to the existing electrical service.

Project: Three Oaks Aquatic Complex

Location: Vacaville, California
Client: Aquatic Design Group Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a community park complex. Design included the remodel of the existing pool, the addition of one activity pool, one competition pool, one water slide and receiving pool, and new pool deck
lighting.

Project: Tahoe Tallac Park – Restroom and Site Lighting

Location: San Joaquin & Redding Avenue, Sacramento, California
Client: City of Sacramento Significance: Electrical engineering and design for the City of Sacramento’s community park. Design involved providing an extension of the existing concession building’s electrical service to the new restroom building and providing new circuiting and lighting controls for the restroom and six new pole light fixtures in the park.

Project: Helvetia Playgrounds

Location: Sacramento, California
Client: Sacramento Housing & Redevolpment Agency Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a community playground. Design involved providing exterior security lighting for two play areas and provide lighting for one existing basketball court.

Project: Champion Golf Links

Location: Sacramento, California
Client: Champion Golf Links, Inc. Significance: Electrical engineering and design for Champion Golf Links. Design involved designing new aiming for existing sport light fixtures, performing a night test on installed screen section, and recalculating light levels on the driving range inside the new screens as generated by the new aiming positions.
Project: Gold River Racquet Club, Lap Pool

Location: Sacramento, California
Client: Nielsen & Associates Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a new recreation lap pool 44’ x 77’. Design included lighting for pool and exterior walk-ways through out the landscape areas and electrical design for all pool equipment, motors and pumps.

Project: Laguna Creek Racquet Club, Lap Pool

Location: Elk Grove, California
Client: Nielsen & Associates Significance: Electrical engineering and design for a new recreation lap pool 54’ x 78’. Design included lighting for pool and exteror walk-ways through out the landscape areas and electrical design for all pool equipment, motors and pumps.

Project: Metro Center Park

Location: South Natomas at Grasslands Drive West, Sacramento, California
Client: City of Sacramento Significance: Electrical engineering and design for site area of the City of Sacramento’s 10.5- acre community park. Designs for these comprising of new lighting for the Softball Field, which included selection of fixtures, and branch circuiting; and
power plan, which included power distribution to the fields lighting systems.

Location: Sacramento, California
Client: City of Sacramento Parks Planning Design & Development Significance: Electrical engineering and design for the site area of a community park. Design involved revisions to the park’s electrical and telephone services. The revised design provided electrical and telephone
